Role Overview

As a Course Designer – Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining technical courses focused on engineering, vehicles, and defense equipment. Your daily tasks include creating enabling objectives and key learning points, selecting appropriate training methods, developing assessments, and utilizing software to produce eLearning materials. You will also review existing training materials for improvements.

Essential Experience

  • Researching new subjects and developing new materials
  • Knowledge of technical authorship
  • Experience with vehicle, mechanical, or engineering systems

Qualifications

  • Level 3 or above teaching/training qualification

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain security clearances (BPSS, SC, DV, CTC). Eligibility may be affected by nationality, citizenship, or residency.
