The Role
As Facilities Management Integration Lead, you’ll be part of an international team that will continually innovate and deliver mission critical services to the UK and its allies. The Facilities Management Integration Lead will be within our Satellite Communications programme that sits within the Mission System’s Space Line of Business.
The Facilities Management Integration Lead will be responsible for ensuring our subcontractors deliver to contract requirements in providing facilities management and catering services across three secured sites in the Southwest of England. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure efficient service delivery and integration of facilities management functions.
- Lead on site compliance activities, ensuring all facilities, systems, and operations meet statutory requirements, health and safety legislation, mandatory inspections, and internal governance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, internal departments, and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships to promote collaboration and teamwork.
- Oversee the contractual agreements with subcontractors for facilities management and catering services across three UK sites.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with the Subcontract including Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address service deficiencies and enhance outcomes.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure cost-effectiveness in service delivery, as well as preparing financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days onsite and days working from home, dependant on business needs.

- Demonstrable ability of collaboration and working in partnerships with a diverse range of stakeholders, from apprentices to senior management.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering continuous improvements.
- Experience with management of contractors.
- Demonstrate adaptability and self-confidence in navigating uncertainty, ambiguity and complexity in order to deliver continuous improvement.
Qualifications For The Facilities Management Integration Lead
- Driver’s license - contract management for multiple sites.
- Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be a SOLE UK National who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
