The role
As a Facility Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Living rent free on a remote overseas location. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual to manage the maintenance and day-to-day running of buildings and systems.
Day-to-day, you’ll will be doing a mixture of management activities and hands on work. You may also be called upon to support build and installation projects as and when required.
This role represents a fantastic and rare opportunity to work as part of a multi-discipline, international team, working on new and exciting projects as part of a rapidly expanding organisation.
You will work collaboratively with multi-discipline engineers, subject matter experts and directly with the customer.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based at our remote overseas location.
Essential experience of the Facility Manager
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical drawings
- Experience managing sub-contractors
- Experience of creating and implementing processes and driving continual improvement activities
Qualifications for the Facility Manager
- Engineering qualification or demonstrable experience in relevant roles
- IOSH Managing safely would be advantageous

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Developed Vetting(DV) security clearance for this role.
