Overview

This role offers a unique blend of technical leadership, collaboration and innovation. You will lead the integration of complex hardware and software systems, ensuring solutions are delivered at pace and to the highest standards, working across the entire project lifecycle from bid through to delivery and support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration of hardware and software systems across complex projects.
  • Support bid activities, design development and end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive engineering governance, standards and quality while resolving technical challenges.
  • Oversee and mentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential Experience

  • Strong experience of integration of hardware and software.
  • Experience of bid support.
  • Strong stakeholder (both external and internal) management experience.
  • Line management experience.
