Responsibilities
- Provide efficient reception, administration and information assurance services
- Administer purchase orders, receipting goods, and maintain event management and SharePoint systems
- Manage training and third‑party administration, including course bookings and accurate reporting
- Maintain audit trails for administrative activities (attendance, feedback, accommodation, etc.)
- Act as Information Assurance Officer, promoting quality and compliance practices
Essential Experience
- Strong customer relationship skills, with experience liaising effectively with contractors, clients and visitors
- Computer literate
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a 24/7 operational environment
Qualifications

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role. Some positions are subject to national security clearance and Trade Control restrictions.
