ResponsibilitiesThis role owns the learning and enablement lifecycle, identifying enablement needs, designing learning pathways, leading programmes, and ensuring learning drives understanding, confidence, and behaviour change.
The Sales Enablement Content Manager is responsible for creating, curating, managing, and measuring enablement content within Seismic (e.g. playbooks, one-pagers, pitch decks, assets). You will define what learning is required, why, and how it should be structured, then work closely with your counterpart and other stakeholders to support execution.

- Designing learning pathways, accreditations, and certifications aligned to business priorities
- Leading enablement discovery with Product, Sales, and Solution leaders to identify learning needs
- Orchestrating stakeholders to support the delivery of learning (content, sessions, assets)
- Owning the rollout and adoption of Seismic Learning, supported by best-in-class enablement technology
Your success will be measured by understanding, adoption, and field confidence, not by volume of content produced.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end enablement and learning cycle: needs analysis, design, delivery, reinforcement, and evaluation.
- Design structured onboarding and ongoing learning pathways across products, solutions, and commercial priorities.
- Define accreditation and certification frameworks that support role readiness and progression.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Directors, Solution Specialists, and Sales Leadership to identify enablement needs.

- Work as part of a two-person enablement team, with clear ownership and collaboration.
- Partner with People & Culture on onboarding workflows and role readiness.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders and operate with minimal supervision.
- Define and track success metrics for learning programmes (e.g. adoption, confidence, time-to-productivity).
- Continuously refine learning approaches based on feedback, performance data, and business priorities.
- An experienced learning, sales enablement, or product enablement professional.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and shaping learning programmes without fully defined briefs.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to connect solutions to customer value and sales conversations.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- An excellent written and verbal communicator in English.
You do not need to be a technical consultant, but you must be comfortable learning enough about Babble's solutions to design effective enablement around them.
What Else Looks Good For This Role- Experience in sales enablement, product enablement, technical training, or customer education.
- Proven ability to design structured learning programmes and pathways.
- Hands-on experience with enablement platforms, ideally Seismic but other alternative platforms also helpful.
