Babble is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our desk-based team. You will provide world class remote and on-site IT support to clients and colleagues, diagnosing issues within SLAs and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software, document cases, and help maintain networks. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and security tooling is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
