Responsibilities- Order Entry and Tracking: Process and monitor complete kitchen orders as they progress through the production and distribution process, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow throughout the customer journey.
- Customer Liaison: Proactively provide customers with the most up-to-date information regarding their orders, providing best-in-class wrap-around care. The Specialist will develop strong day-to-day relationships with our Blossom Avenue customers to support sales.
- Planning Coordination: Support planning & production colleagues to identify any product shortage risk and recovery plans, minimising disruption to Blossom Avenue customers.
- Delivery Management: Ensure transport logistics are in place for upcoming orders by liaising with the logistics colleagues.
- Aftersales Care: Ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of any after sales issues raised for customers.
- Monthly Stakeholder Meeting: Participate in a monthly meeting with Blossom Avenue stakeholders, where you will present challenges, opportunities, and developments relevant to the role.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role in Kitchen customer service.
- Ability to read kitchen plans and convert these into orders is essential.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with an eye for detail.
