The role of Administrator:
- Support the management team with preventative planned maintenance and reactive works including callouts and quoted works.
- Responsible for planning and coordinating work schedules in support of specialist and industrial cleaning teams, including the internal window cleaning schedule for DLOs.
- Compile data and reports for internal or external meetings.
- Provide marketing and business development support, liaising with current and prospective clients to generate leads and support business growth.
- Support the management team to ensure full compliance with industry standards, employment legislation, ISO standards, and company policies.
- Communicate with clients and sub-contractors on a daily basis.
- Responsible for accurately billing and invoicing across the service area.
- Operate a range of in-house and client IT systems.
- Support the development of financial reports.
- Accept and process applicable timesheets and ensure staff wage data is presented accurately and on time to payroll services.
- Attend scheduled or ad hoc meetings as directed by service management.
The ideal Administrator:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills β able to liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and sub-contractors.
- Organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Reporting to the Administration Team Leader with a direct link to the Contract or Operations Manager within Bidvest Noonan.
