The role of Administrator:

  • Coordinating and scheduling all inbound deliveries to the National Distribution Centre
  • Accurately booking in deliveries and conducting physical checks when required
  • Managing returned packaging from breweries and ensuring timely processing
  • Allocating outbound loads and preparing all required documentation in advance
  • Monitoring pre-picks, pre-allocations, and ensuring product readiness
  • Overseeing packaging allocation and meeting loading deadlines
  • Updating internal systems including LAB screens as required
  • Tracking turnaround times from breweries and maintaining operational flow
  • Resolving any on-shift issues efficiently and professionally
  • Conducting stock and product checks where necessary
  • Ensuring pallet network orders are processed accurately and on time

The ideal Administrator:

  • Previous experience within FMCG or distribution environments
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems
  • Strong IT and computer skills
  • Experience working in a computerised warehouse setting
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
