The role of the Logistics Clerk includes:
- Facilitating the shipment of multiple product samples and orders to customers daily.
- Liaising and arranging shipments with courier and freight forwarder companies including DHL, UPS and FedEx.
- Collating and arranging required shipment documentation including invoices, Certificates of Analysis, Safety Data Sheets and dispatch emails.
- Assisting in the preparation of samples and orders by labeling, preparing documents and packaging correctly.
- Liaising with R&D, QC, QA and production teams to advance product preparation for dispatch.
- Helping maintain health and safety and housekeeping standards within the dispatch area.
- Preparing customs documentation for the correct and timely import of goods following Brexit guidelines.
