Hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 08:00β16:45

The role of Production Operative:
- Packing complete products in line with specifications
- Cleaning components and work areas to strict industrial standards (small products and components, not general domestic cleaning)
- Potting of PCA (Printed Circuit Assemblies) using preset programs on industrial equipment
- Following Bill of Materials (BOMs) to ensure correct components, leaflets, and packaging
- Working to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and D&T specifications (full training provided)
- Maintaining quality standards where any deviation could impact manufacturing outcomes
The ideal Production Operative:
- Ability to read and follow BOMs, SOPs, and technical instructions (desired but not essential β training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Reliable, consistent, and quality-focused
- Previous manufacturing experience beneficial but not essential
- Able to stand for extended periods and complete repetitive tasks with precision
