Overview

Lecturer/Senior Lecturer Inorganic Chemistry – Fixed term contract, part time (25.9 hours per week), 1 year. Salary: Β£39,162 – Β£57,418 per annum pro rata. Location: Clifton Campus. School of Science and Technology, Nottingham Trent University (NTU).

Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in inorganic chemistry and related areas, including materials, supramolecular and green chemistry.
  • Contribute to department activities in areas of research aligned to doctoral training programs, scholarships, or practice.
  • Support research projects and collaborate across the department.
  • Engage in teaching and supervision using available facilities, including potential use of X-ray crystallography if you have experience.

Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent in a chemistry-related subject area.
  • Experience of teaching in Higher Education.
