BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer are the young agile subsidiaries of the nation’s flag carrier. We take pride in delivering the renowned British Airways customer service through our bases at London City and London Gatwick Airports.
The role involves engaging with all of our senior leaders across a multitude of interesting and high-profile categories. With so much variety, you’ll need to be flexible and agile in your approach whilst being comfortable with ambiguity and bringing your own fresh ideas to what we do.
What You’ll Do
- Lead on BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer specific procurement activity from inception to contracting to performance management.
- Work in partnership with stakeholders on key supplier management activity, providing guidance on contractual and ongoing supplier performance matters.
- Represent BA Cityflyer and BA Euroflyer on group-wide procurement activities, to uphold our interests and ensure that outcomes reflect our requirements.
- Ensure that decisions made by senior stakeholders regarding key third party services are made on a basis of transparency supported by quality financial and qualitative information in support of cost and service level targets.
- Support the review and development of third-party service provisions and processes within the Procurement team itself on a continuous improvement basis.

Your Experience
- Have led end to end procurement and supplier management activity within a regulated environment.
- Have managed third party suppliers and services against contract terms and service level agreements in close collaboration with applicable stakeholders across the business.
- Have developed procurement processes including initial engagement, RFx, supplier assessments and due diligence, contract formation and supplier management.
- Graduate or graduate-level capability MCIPS or the ability and willingness to work towards it.
