We’re looking for a Creative Artworker with several years of experience in creative production environments and an excellent understanding of large format print production. Hands-on production experience in press operation and finishing would be a bonus, but not essential.

You’ll join a small but growing studio within a fast‑paced creative production agency, collaborating closely with Creative, Account, and Print Production teams across a range of retail and event projects. Your day‑to‑day work will be varied — from pre‑press artwork setup to designing full graphic takeovers of retail spaces. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigating multiple revision rounds with precision and attention to detail. A solid design foundation and strong working knowledge of print and production design are essential. Adobe Creative Suite should be second nature. Experience with print, finishing and 3D design is a bonus but not essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead artworker within the print production team, blending design and pre‑press skills.

- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of large format print and production processes.
- Proven ability to prepare print‑ready files quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage your own workflow.
- Previous experience working in a busy agency or production house.
- Working knowledge of RIP software/print/finishing are a bonus.
- Interest in sustainability and material innovation is a plus.
- Meticulous and detail‑oriented.
- Passionate, proactive, and adaptable.
- Calm under pressure and deadline‑driven.
- Takes ownership and delivers work to a high standard.
