We are an award-winning, integrated design and production agency; creating unique retail experiences for global brands. We work across the globe from our headquarters based in Leicestershire, UK. We are looking for a talented and experienced creative 3D Designer to join the team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will have a key input in our small but highly creative design team, working across top-tier sports and fashion brands. This role is ideal for a creative who excels at ideation and visualisation and is passionate about window displays and experiential retail concepts. The role will be hybrid, where you’ll be expected to work from the studio a minimum of 2x days a week or at home.
What You’ll Do:
- Conceptualisation & Ideation – Translate client briefs into compelling design concepts using sketches, mood boards, and renders.
- 3D Design & Visualisation – Develop visually stunning, high-quality renderings of window displays and immersive retail experiences.
- Trend Research & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends in sports and high-end fashion, applying insights into creative concepts.
- Presentation & Storytelling – Confidently present ideas to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, effectively communicating the design narrative.
- Collaboration & Execution – Work closely with the Creative Director and other teams, ensuring seamless transition from concept to production.
- Technical Briefing – Create and oversee technical design packs, ensuring designs are manufacturable while maintaining creative integrity.
- Project Management – Manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritising key tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of design experience, with agency experience being essential.
- Proven expertise in designing high-end retail windows and experiential spaces.
- Expert knowledge of Cinema 4D (preferably with Redshift), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Autocad Fusion 360 is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of materials, fabrication, and assembly processes.
- Ability to review, approve, and brief technical teams on creative requirements.
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and how it influences retail experiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
