Based full-time at B7 HQ, Cobalt Business Park, North East UK
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
5 days a week. Office-based.
If you think social media is just posting graphics, this isn’t the role for you. At B7, social is where brands earn attention - or get ignored. There’s no middle ground.
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who understands how ideas become content, and how content becomes momentum. Someone who can design with intention, write with clarity, and think beyond “what are we posting today?” This role sits at the heart of our client work. You’ll help shape how brands show up, how they’re perceived, and how they grow.
If you care deeply about taste, storytelling, and doing work you’re proud to put your name against, you’ll feel at home here. We don’t need you to just ‘post on social’. We need someone who gets it. Who understands that great content is more than just “a Canva graphic” or “a cheeky caption.” You’ll be helping our clients stand out and be a key part of our team that makes sure they do. This is a visual and verbal role, and you need to be great at both.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Creating social-first content (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook) - from idea to delivery
- Designing on-brand static graphics, carousels, and visuals
- Writing scroll-stopping captions and post copy
- Scheduling and publishing content through tools like SocialPilot
- Working across 5 - 10 brands at once, each with their own voice and style
- Playing a major role in client delivery and content performance
- Being in the room where ideas happen, and helping bring them to life, fast
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SHOW US
- Examples of brands you’ve grown or supported on social
- Strong graphic design skills
- Confidence in your writing (and not just captions - we mean content)
- An eye for detail, and an instinct for what performs on each platform
- Proof you’ve juggled multiple brands and tones of voice before
- That you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, ambitious team
- You want to work in content every single day
- You’re confident in your taste - but open to feedback
- You want to build a career in a creative agency
- You thrive when expectations are high
OUR VALUES AT B7

- WE ARE COMMITTED - We partner with our clients like we’re part of their team. We care. Deeply.
- WE ARE COLLABORATIVE - Every voice matters. We work as one.
