B4B Payments is an embedded and direct payment services provider offering card issuing and BIN sponsorship, and accounts, payments and FX to businesses, with the tools, APIs and infrastructure to allow clients and partners to build cutting-edge financial services.
About the role
This role sits within the Core Product and Operations domains, covering card issuing, payments, FX, and the internal systems and processes that support them. This is a hands-on product role focused on delivering improvements across our payments infrastructure and automating operational workflows as the platform scales.
In the role you will:
- Deliver improvements across our core payments platform.
- Contribute to card issuing capabilities.
- Improve payments and FX workflows.
- Drive operational automation.
- Support API and integration development.
- Execute product delivery.
- Support discovery and problem solving.
- Improve data visibility and reporting.
What you will need:
- 1–2 years in a Product role, product-adjacent role, or relevant internship experience.
- Interest in cards and payments.
- Curiosity about how platforms and systems work.
- Strong execution and delivery skills.
- A scrappy, hands-on mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with AI tooling.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to financial services, payments, or fintech.
- Experience working with APIs or technical products.
- Experience with agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with card issuing, BaaS, or embedded finance.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or BI tooling.
