As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a Paid Social Media Specialist who can bring energy, experience, and strategic thinking to some of our most exciting client campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be joining our team working on paid social strategy and execution across Meta, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- With a focus on ROI, creativity and continuous improvement, you’ll help our clients reach, engage and convert the right audiences at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, manage and scale Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid social campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors.
- Write and test high-performing ad copy, creative hooks, and craft visual messaging that resonate with each audience.
- Optimise campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation and conversion data.
- Track KPIs, manage budgets, and continuously refine campaigns to hit performance goals.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, trends and opportunities in the paid social space.
- Produce clear, insightful reports and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with our SEO, PPC, media and design teams to align campaign activity with broader marketing strategies.
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, including presenting campaign results, plans and opportunities in meetings or video calls.
About You:
- You’ve ideally got 3+ years’ experience executing paid social campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
- You’re confident across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and ideally Google Ads too.
- You understand the full funnel, from awareness to conversions, and how paid social fits into the mix.
- You’re comfortable with GA4 and Meta Pixel and campaign attribution.
- You’re strategic, curious, data-savvy, and not afraid to try new things.
- You’re collaborative, client-focused and good at keeping people in the loop.
- You’re creative and enjoy writing and producing visual ad assets that actually perform.
- Knowledge of AI tools and image curation.
