Looking for a hands-on role where you can get stuck in and make a real difference? We’re looking for a practical and reliable Waste Disposal Operative to join our Property Services team. You’ll be out and about in our homes and estates, helping to keep them safe, clean and looking their best. Day to day, you’ll clear waste and fly-tipping from occupied and empty properties, as well as lending a hand to our trade operatives, including plumbers and carpenters, when they need some extra support.
You’ll work both independently and as part of the team, taking responsibility for your B3Living van and making sure tools, equipment and materials are stored and transported safely. Jobs will come through to your smartphone or tablet, so you’ll keep these updated as you go and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a good standard.
We’re looking for someone who’s happy to roll up their sleeves, use their initiative and take pride in doing a good job. You’ll also be comfortable working around our customers and providing a friendly and respectful service.
