Overview
B3Living is seeking two customer-focused Caretaker roles, based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. One full-time (37 hours per week) and one part-time (15 hours per week) position are available. Salary: £24,897 for 37 hours per week; £10,093 for 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Ensure estates remain clean, safe, and welcoming by delivering a first-class caretaking and cleaning service across communal and external areas.
- Carry out daily tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, graffiti removal, bulk waste clearance, and litter picking.
- Be a visible, approachable presence on estates and respond quickly to resident requests or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Spot and report issues such as fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, repairs, and anti-social behaviour; help to resolve problems swiftly to maintain a safe environment.
