Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, this is a permanent, full-time position, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £25,878 - £26,915 per annum.
We have an exciting opportunity for two customer-focused individuals with good communication skills and a practical approach to join our dedicated Property Services team. In this role, you’ll help keep our homes and estates safe, clean and well maintained by removing waste, clearing properties and supporting a range of maintenance activities. Working both independently and alongside colleagues, you’ll provide labouring support across planned and responsive works while ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll play an important role in delivering a reliable, customer-focused service, helping to create clean, welcoming environments where our customers are proud to live.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A customer-focused approach and good customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of using a handheld device
- A full, valid driving licence
Please note, this role will involve working in confined spaces and at height, as well as lifting and moving heavy objects, tools and materials. You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
