B3 Shopfitting Ltd based in Stone, Staffordshire have a Receptionist/Junior Administrator role available, to act as first line receptionist and assistant to the Accounts Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- First line to incoming telephone calls, dealing with calls and taking messages.
- Greeting visitors to the office, sign in and directing to their appointments.
- Opening and receiving post, date stamping and distributing.
- Timesheet collation, checking and calculating.
- Expenses collation, checking and calculating and inputting onto SAGE accounts software.
- Invoice collation with purchase orders and input onto SAGE accounts software.
- Purchase orders to include materials, stationery, tea coffee etc, hire equipment, skips etc.
- Hotel Bookings for on site staff.
- Filing and file maintenance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Good telephone manner and confident communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills required.
- Microsoft Office computer skills.
- Knowledge of SAGE accounting software an advantage but not essential. Full training to be provided.
- Polite and smart in appearance.

We are a family owned and run company that have been established for over 20 years. We work with franchised brands such as the well-known coffee brands of Starbucks and Costa Coffee.
As a new role to the department, you will be able to develop the position whilst working with a great supportive team in modern offices with plenty of parking.
