About the Senior NPD Technologist job

- Develop innovative recipes and manage product development from concept through factory trials to launch.

- Oversee commercial responsibilities including product costings, supplier meetings, and identifying market growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership and support by overseeing benchmarking sessions.
About You
The successful candidate shall possess a Degree in Food Science or related field. Experience within a New Product Development UK Food manufacturing role is required – ideally within the meat sector. Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about food innovation, with a solid understanding of consumer trends and product development in the UK market.
