The purpose of your role will be to support the NPD Manager with the development and innovation of products, liaising with all departments to ensure products and services are supplied within agreed specifications.

- Collaborate with internal teams and production sites to meet artwork critical path timelines and resolve any issues or delays.
- Support sample requests, quality checks, and accurate completion of customer documentation.
- Oversee the UK Market Review Schedule and monitor competitor activity to inform the team on market trends and developments.
The successful candidate shall possess a food science degree or relevant subject, as well as have a full UK driving license. Experience in product development within a food manufacturing environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
