About the Technical Administrator job

The purpose of your role will be to play an essential and crucial role in ensuring that all operations meet all regulatory standards and legislative requirements.

Key tasks:

  • Conduct audits, investigations, and risk assessments, whilst using compliance management software and tools to accurately record all findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with regulatory agencies and support the delivery of BRC and customer audits.
  • Produce accurate product specifications, conduct supplier approvals, supporting the HACCP team, and assisting the QA Manager.

About You

  • The successful candidate should have experience of working within the Quality/Technical department of a BRC accredited food manufacturing site.
  • Possessing recognised internal & external auditing, HACCP and food industry legislation qualifications would be highly beneficial.

The Technical Administrator job (ref:9060) is paying £28,000 per annum according to your experience. The site is in Wigan, Greater Manchester and is commutable from Manchester, Bolton, Warrington, Preston, Ormskirk, St Helens, Chorley and Bury, along with other areas of Lancashire and Merseyside. The working hours are Monday to Thursday – 8:00am to 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am to 3:00pm.
