Technical Manager This position is with a multi-sited, family-run business renowned for delivering top-quality products to both the retail and foodservice sectors. About the Technical Manager job The Technical Manager will be the main port of call for specified retail customers, external and third-party audits, representing the company. Key tasks * Act as the main technical contact for key retail customers. Make sure their needs are clearly understood, share updates regularly, and develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships. * Work with teams across the business to develop new products and packaging that meet customer expectations. Keep customers informed and involved through samples, meetings, and clear communication. * Help make sure all products are safe, legal, and high quality. Handle complaints, support audits, and work closely with the factory to keep standards high and fix any issues quickly. * Keep technical procedures and company policies up to date.
