About the Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator job

The purpose of your role will be to provide efficient organisation throughout the UK and international transport, oversee UK/EU import compliance, and maintain accurate consignment stock levels. This role is central to ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the company’s Quality, Technical, Sales, and Finance teams, supporting smooth operations and timely decision-making.

Key tasks

  • Coordinate collections, deliveries, and global shipments while ensuring all UK and EU customs requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong communication with hauliers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to support smooth operational flow.
  • Record accurate internal and customer documentation and manage records, orders, and costings in Profit4.
  • Oversee consignment stock accuracy to ensure reliable availability and reporting.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and further afield and support logistics process improvements where needed.

About You

  • The successful candidate shall have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role; logistics/supply chain experience is an advantage.
  • A good working knowledge of supply chain/finance software processes.
  • You shall be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • A highly organised person who works well independently and manages their own workload efficiently.

The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator job (ref:8989) is paying £30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus according to your experience. The package includes a Private Healthcare plan. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm.
