About the Technical Compliance Coordinator job
The purpose of your role will be to provide support by ensuring company and regulatory standards are always met. You will manage technical documentation, customer expectations, monitor supplier compliance and assist with packaging and quality assurance processes.
Key tasks:
- Help maintain compliance programs for packaging and suppliers and ensure all work follows industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Keep compliance records, specifications, and audit documents accurate and up to date and prepare reports for internal teams and external audits.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed standards, organise supplier audits and track follow-up actions whilst supporting management of the Approved Supplier List and quality processes.
- Work with the Packaging Manager to ensure materials meet UK & EU regulations and sustainability standards, support packaging trials and ensure all documentation and database entries are complete.
- Always look for ways to improve compliance processes and efficiency and continually support training for teams and suppliers on compliance requirements.
About You:
- The successful candidate shall possess a food science degree or related subject.
- Experience with food safety systems, packaging legislation and HACCP and BRC.
- A clean driver’s license and the ability to travel across the UK and European travel as and when required.

The Technical Compliance Coordinator job (ref:9025) is paying £39,000 according to your experience. The package includes a bonus of up to 10%, based on both the achievement of personal (40%) and company (60%) objectives. Pension with 6% employer contributions, Private medical, Death in service, Income Protection, 26 days holiday and flexitime. The working hours are Monday to Friday, Office hours / 2 days WFH. The site is in Surrey and is commutable from Crawley, Dorking, Redhill, Reigate, Croydon, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks and surrounding towns.
