Process Manager This business is an established company with a wide variety of products and services. About the Process Manager job The purpose of your role will be to take responsibility for managing daily process operations, ensuring smooth and efficient department performance. Oversees staff, meets company targets and customer needs, enforces health, safety, and SOP compliance, and manages costs effectively. Key tasks * Make sure enough staff and resources are in place, set team goals, delegate tasks, and manage schedules. * Track output, quality, and efficiency, solve process problems, and suggest improvements to reduce costs. * Give feedback, coaching, and training, ensure safe equipment use, and enforce company standards. * Work alongside managers and teams, manage stock with the warehouse, and encourage teamwork through meetings.
