The business has undergone significant growth due to its dedication to exceptional customer service and high-quality products.\\nAbout the Pastry Chef job\\nThe purpose of your role will be to join the NPD team undertaking product development activity in-line with customer requirements under the guidance and direction of the NPD Controller.\\nKey tasks\\n * Develop new ideas and recipes for products, ensuring projects are completed on time and documented according to the NPD process.\\n * Support the smooth transition of kitchen developments to the factory by assisting the process technologist in bakery trials.\\n * Monitor early production to ensure products meet standards and review them against HACCP plans.\\n * Participate in NPD meetings, stay updated on trends, and report findings and ideas as well as other tasks as requested by management.\\nAbout You\\n * The successful candidate must have experience working in a busy kitchen and specifically with patisserie.\\n * Baking or patisserie qualification is required, with hands-on experience working with dough and a true passion for pastry and bakery development.\\nMore details\\nThe Pastry Chef job (ref:8909) is paying £28,000 – £31,000 according to your experience.\\nThe site is in Berkshire and is commutable from Windsor, Maidenhead, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Bracknell, Slough, Ascot (Berkshire and Buckinghamshire).\\nThe package includes Life Insurance, Health and Wellbeing Programme, Cycle to work scheme and Free Parking.\\n‎The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm.\\nAlternate job titles – Patisserie Pastry Cook | Dessert Chef | Confectionery Chef |Baker | Culinary Pastry Artist | Pastry Specialist | Pastry Cook | Dessert Chef | Confectionery Chef | Pastry Specialist
