About the Skilled Baker job

We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker to join a highly motivated and focused team to assist with the overall production, making each of the products irresistible and ensuring recipes are followed to the company standards.

  • Prepare ingredients ready for mixing. Must be competent in hand moulding and dough mixing.
  • Maintain an awareness of the production plan and ensure that this is always met.

The Skilled Baker job (ref:9087) is paying £32,000 per annum according to your experience and is a nighttime shift position.

The bakery is near Henfield in West Sussex and is commutable from Steyning, Shoreham-by-Sea, Worthing, Lancing, Brighton and Cowfold and surrounding towns within West Sussex.

The package includes Free food on site and parking available, 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

The working hours are 5 nights a week with Saturdays and either Monday or Friday night off, the working hours are 8pm to 5am.
