About the Commercial Administrator role You will play a key role in maintaining strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Be the go-to support for the Commercial team, helping manage the end-to-end management of all customer orders.
  • Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
  • Support the commercial team with tracking orders and invoices as well as maintaining and inputting customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication to packhouse team.
  • Maintain administration on internal reporting documents, such as weekly sales reporting.
  • Stay up to date with weekly product availability, seasonal items, and new product launches.

About you The successful candidate should have good previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.

  • You will possess excellent communication skills and be ready to find resolutions to issues quickly.
  • Very much a team player with attention to detail and excellent administration / IT skills.

This is an office-based role working 5 days per week including one weekend day which is flexible.

The site is in Worcestershire and is commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Tewkesbury, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Cheltenham, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Cirencester, Malvern and surrounding areas.
