The Role

Own and drive the complete performance of one of our flagship social casino brands, from strategy to execution and everything in between.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Take full ownership of brand P&L, setting commercial targets and driving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all channels to boost user acquisition and engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, Data Analytics, and Finance teams to maximize player experience and monetization.
  • Define and optimize key metrics (DAU/MAU, ARPU, LTV, retention) while analyzing performance data to capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Manage external partnerships, vendor relationships, and represent the brand at industry events.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams while ensuring all activities comply with gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards.
