Do you have experience of providing Scrum leadership and delivery management expertise, on a complex, multi-year transformation programme ?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading asset management organisation, in delivering a CRM Transformation and Client Data Strategy Programme spanning Salesforce, enterprise data, analytics and integration capabilities. The programme is transitioning towards an Agile delivery model, requiring disciplined planning, cross-team coordination and predictable sprint-based releases.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- extensive Scrum Master experience within complex transformation programmes
- experience leading Scrum teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a prioritised, sufficiently refined backlog
- experience working across multidisciplinary business, data and technology teams
- credibility with senior stakeholders and a pragmatic approach to Agile delivery.
Key Services
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- establish integrated delivery plans, milestones, sprint goals and release schedules
- facilitate Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement and team planning
- coordinate delivery across Product, Business Analysis, Data, Architecture, Engineering and Testing teams
- manage delivery risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions
- resolve delivery blockers and escalat cross-team issues
- maintain prioritised backlogs, capacity plans and delivery forecasts
- oversee release readiness, quality requirements and operational handover
- provide transparent delivery reporting to stakeholders and governance forums
- support quarterly planning, scaled Agile coordination and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- proven Scrum Master experience within complex transformation programmes
- experience leading Scrum teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- working with Product Owners and Business Analysts to maintain a prioritised, sufficiently refined backlog
- cross-functional dependency management across business and technology teams
- proficiency with Jira or comparable Agile delivery tools
- financial services industry experience
- strong senior stakeholder management, facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- experience within regulated, data-sensitive or highly governed environments
- ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured delivery plans and commitments.
Optional Requirements
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- Salesforce CRM or comparable enterprise platform transformation experience
- exposure to data, analytics, integration or master-data programmes
- asset management experience
- experience within scaled Agile or product/platform delivery models
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe or recognised project management certification
- experience coordinating internal, supplier and offshore delivery teams.

Hybrid – three days per week in the London office
