Do you have experience providing HR policy and organisation transformation support for a public sector transformation programme? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading public sector organisation, on their transformation journey. The consultant will provide HR policy and advisory support as the programme requirements are established and the new organisation is defined.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- Strong HR policy expertise within public sector organisations
- Experience providing organisation transformation advisory support
- Knowledge of employment policy and HR governance
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Existing valid SC NPPV2 / CTC clearance
Key Services
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- Providing HR policy advice aligned to project requirements
- Supporting organisation transformation advisory activities
- Producing and reviewing HR policy documentation
- Advising stakeholders on HR policy considerations
Mandatory Requirements
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- HR policy experience within the public sector
- Experience providing organisational transformation HR support
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies
- Active NPPV2 and/or CTC clearance
Optional Requirements
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- Knowledge of Public Sector / Civil Service HR policies
- Experience of advising organisational change activities / implementation from an HR perspective
Working Pattern: Hybrid working, 3 days per week in Central London
