Do you have experience of providing customer lifecycle management and personalisation expertise, on a large-scale telecommunications customer engagement and optimisation programme? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading telecommunications organisation, in improving customer retention, increasing engagement, reducing churn and optimising lifecycle communications through enhanced customer decisioning and personalisation.

The consultant will own lifecycle decisioning and campaign prioritisation to help deliver targeted customer interventions across the customer lifecycle.

The project needs a consultant who has:

  • Customer lifecycle management and personalisation expertise
  • Experience translating customer signals and machine learning outputs into prioritisation logic
  • Commercial product management capability within complex digital environments
  • Telecommunications sector experience

Key Services

The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

  • Owning the customer lifecycle decisioning approach
  • Managing and prioritising the campaign backlog
  • Translating customer signals and machine learning outputs into prioritised customer interventions
  • Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver personalisation initiatives
  • Supporting the optimisation of customer engagement, retention and churn reduction activities

Mandatory Requirements

Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

  • Product management experience within customer lifecycle management or personalisation
  • Experience using customer insights and data to inform decisioning
  • Ability to prioritise competing initiatives within a complex delivery environment
  • Experience working with cross‑functional product, marketing and technology teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Optional Requirements

It will also be advantageous if you have:

  • Experience within the telecommunications sector
  • Exposure to machine learning‑enabled customer decisioning
  • Experience delivering data‑driven personalisation or customer engagement programmes

Working Pattern: Hybrid (remote plus 2–3 days in the South East office)
