Do you have experience of providing service design expertise, on a public sector transformation programme focused on defining future services, business vision and service blueprints? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading government organisation, in strengthening business engagement across a transformation programme through the creation of a clear vision and service blueprint. The role will help define future service outcomes and support alignment between business and delivery teams.
The project needs an experienced consultant who has:
- service design expertise within complex transformation environments
- public sector stakeholder engagement experience across business and delivery teams
- service blueprint and target operating model development capability
- excellent PowerPoint, communication and visual storytelling skills
Key Services: The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- developing service blueprints to support programme alignment
- facilitating stakeholder engagement across business and programme teams
- contributing to target operating model definition and design
- creating high-quality presentation materials and visual artefacts
- supporting the development of a future-state service vision
Mandatory Requirements: Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- service design experience within transformation programmes
- service blueprint development experience
- stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
- excellent PowerPoint presentation development capability
- existing BPSS clearance preferred.
Optional Requirements: It will also be advantageous if you have:
- previous public sector consulting experience
- experience supporting target operating model design
- relevant domain knowledge within government environments
Working Pattern: Hybrid working, remote plus London office (1 day per week) and regular travel to client locations across the UK.
