Do you have experience of providing project management expertise on a government project during the mobilisation phase? This opportunity is for 2 Project Managers and 1 Junior Project Manager to support our client, a leading consulting firm, on the mobilisation of a government project. The focus will be on establishing effective project controls, stakeholder engagement and risk management activities to support programme delivery.

The project needs a consultant who has:

  • project management experience within government project environments
  • risk management and project controls expertise
  • stakeholder engagement skills across multiple groups
  • ability to operate effectively within a consulting environment

We require consultants who have existing valid NPPV2 and CTC clearance.

Key services: The key services that you will be asked to provide are:

  • mobilisation planning and coordination
  • stakeholder engagement and communication management
  • risk identification, assessment and mitigation
  • project governance and reporting support
  • delivery tracking and progress monitoring

Mandatory Requirements: Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:

  • project management experience on government projects
  • risk management experience within programme or project environments
  • stakeholder engagement experience across diverse stakeholder groups
  • valid NPPV2 and CTC clearance
  • availability to start at short notice

Optional Requirements: It will also be advantageous if you have:

  • previous consulting experience
  • experience supporting mobilisation activities
  • recognised project management certification

Working Pattern: Hybrid, London. Contract Type: Inside IR35. Start: 1st July. Duration: Initial 2 month contract.
