Do you have experience of providing business analysis leadership expertise on data migration and system decommissioning programmes? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading insurance organisation, in delivering data migration and system decommissioning programmes. The role will provide leadership and oversight across a team of Business Analysts to ensure consistent and effective delivery across multiple projects within the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Leadership experience of Business Analyst teams across multiple projects and workstreams
- Insurance/financial services sector experience within complex change environments
- Data migration, data archiving or system decommissioning expertise
- Strong stakeholder engagement and delivery oversight capabilities
Key Services
- Providing leadership and coordination across a team of eight Business Analysts
- Supporting the Programme Manager in overseeing BA delivery across a portfolio of projects
- Ensuring consistent business analysis standards, outputs and quality across the portfolio
- Reviewing and guiding requirements, analysis activities and project deliverables
- Facilitating collaboration across projects
- Using Jira to support delivery tracking and reporting
Mandatory Requirements
- Insurance or financial services sector experience
- Experience leading Business Analyst teams across multiple projects or programmes
- Delivery experience within data migration, data archiving or system decommissioning initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within structured project delivery environments using Jira
Optional Requirements
- Experience supporting large-scale legacy system retirement programmes
- Previous consulting or contractor delivery experience
- Experience working across multiple concurrent change initiatives
