Do you have experience of providing commercial transformation and target operating model implementation expertise, on complex transformation programmes within large organisations? This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading organisation, in implementing target operating model changes while supporting project delivery and organisational change across a complex stakeholder environment. The consultant will help ensure successful delivery, stakeholder engagement and business adoption throughout the programme.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- proven commercial transformation programme experience within complex organisations
- experience of target operating model implementation and business transformation
- strong project delivery, governance and stakeholder management capability
- active NPPV2 and/or CTC security clearance
Key Services
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- supporting the implementation and embedding of target operating models
- assessing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- developing implementation plans and supporting transition activities
- monitoring project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
- producing project governance documentation and status reporting
- supporting stakeholder engagement and organisational change activities
- collaborating with business and technical teams to achieve delivery outcomes
Mandatory Requirements
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- active NPPV2 and/or CTC security clearance
- commercial transformation programme delivery experience within complex organisations
- experience implementing target operating models and business transformation initiatives
- project delivery experience covering planning, governance, risk and stakeholder management
- organisational change experience including communications, training and business adoption
- strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
Optional Requirements
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- experience within public sector, policing, government or regulated environments
- knowledge of commercial, procurement or operational transformation programmes
- familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile or MSP delivery methodologies
