Do you have experience of providing portfolio benefits expertise, on complex public sector delivery programmes?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a public sector organisation, in establishing a cross‑portfolio benefits approach. The consultant will support an existing delivery team, helping to drive consistency and stakeholder alignment across the portfolio.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- benefits realisation experience within portfolio environments
- strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- a proactive problem‑solving capability
- experience operating at Senior Consultant or Manager level
Key Services
- supporting the development of a cross‑portfolio benefits approach
- engaging stakeholders across multiple workstreams and delivery teams
- providing portfolio-level benefits management support
- identifying and addressing delivery challenges and risks
- supporting the existing team through the contract period
Mandatory Requirements
- benefits realisation experience within portfolio environments
- strong stakeholder engagement skills
- proactive problem‑solving capability
- experience working within the public sector
- experience operating at Senior Consultant or Manager level
Optional Requirements
- active SC Clearance
- previous experience establishing benefits frameworks or approaches
- experience supporting complex portfolio delivery environments
Working Pattern: Hybrid (Remote & 2-3 days per week on site in London)
