Do you have experience of providing IT project management on a GRC tooling implementation project?
This consulting opportunity is to support our client, a leading insurance organisation, in delivering Phase 2 of a GRC tooling implementation. The project will decommission some existing tools and replace them with Decision Focus.
The project needs a consultant who has:
- strong stakeholder management capability across business and technology stakeholders
- extensive IT project management experience
- strong GRC tooling implementation experience
- experience of managing system implementation and decommissioning activity
Key services:
The key services that you will be asked to provide are:
- manage delivery of the Phase 2 GRC tooling implementation
- manage the implementation of Decision Focus and associated project activities
- manage the decommissioning of existing GRC tools as part of the transition to Decision Focus
- coordinate implementation and decommissioning activities, dependencies and delivery timelines
- liaise with business and technology stakeholders, third-party vendors and senior project sponsors throughout delivery
- maintain clear communication with senior project sponsors on project progress, risks, issues and dependencies
- coordinate with third-party vendors to support effective delivery of project activities
- drive delivery activities through to completion
Mandatory Requirements:
Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate:
- strong IT project management experience
- previous GRC tooling implementation experience
- experience of managing system decommissioning alongside implementation of replacement technology
- strong stakeholder management experience, including third-party vendors and senior project sponsors
- availability to work onsite in London or Sussex 2–3 days per week
Optional Requirements:
It will also be advantageous if you have:
- previous Decision Focus experience
- insurance sector experience
- experience of projects involving the replacement of multiple existing systems
Working Pattern:
Hybrid – 2/3 days onsite Sussex or London. Contract Type: Inside IR35. Start: ASAP. Duration: 6 months +
