Scope of the role: This is a rare opportunity for a graduate to join B2C2 and assume trading responsibility within their first year. You will learn from experienced traditional finance and crypto professionals with combined experience of 50+ years in the industry. We are a uniquely skilled team, covering both sell-side OTC client flow with high-frequency market making, with a range of products that keeps expanding. With the decline of sales & trading at traditional investment banks, this graduate position offers unbounded possibilities at one of the leading firms in fintech, the new face of finance.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, implement and support systems for managing Funding Desk portfolio - rates, liquidity, liquidation, credit, and delta risks
- Work on end to end trading strategies pipeline: quantitative research, automation, optimal execution, reporting
- Work closely with Trading, Research and Tech to ensure smooth 24/7 trading
- Automate trading workflows to improve efficiency and risk management
- Develop trade analytics tools to monitor execution quality and enhance performance
Requirements:
- Completed university degree in a numerical subject
- Strong knowledge of an OOP language (Java and Python preferred) — to be assessed during the interview process
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills - a demonstrated ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment and handle pressure in such an environment
- Ability to develop new skills and understand new market developments quickly
- Mental curiosity to solve markets-related problems
