About the role: As we scale, we are looking for options traders to price our OTC franchise, manage risk, monetise opportunities on exchanges, develop and deploy models. This is a high impact role at the cutting edge of digital asset trading.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating PnL from both market-making and proprietary trading, across options and prediction markets
  • Manage the risk of a multi-asset trading book that includes vanilla and exotic derivatives
  • Price block trades for OTC clients, both via chat/voice and electronically
  • Collaborate with Sales to grow our OTC franchise and pitch trade ideas
  • Collaborate with Quant Dev and Research to deploy quantitative pricing and risk-management models and exchange trading infrastructure
  • Research, test and deploy new proprietary strategies and signals

Required Skills and experience:

  • 1 - 4 years experience within Options trading, any asset class
  • Experience quoting clients and being responsible for risk-managing an options market-making book
  • Knowledge and experience with systematic trading in listed options markets, and/or prediction markets
  • Strong knowledge of options pricing theory, volatility modelling, probability, financial markets, macroeconomics
  • Interest in crypto markets
  • University degree in a quantitative subject, strong grades
