Scope of the role
This is a rare opportunity for a graduate to join B2C2 and to assume trading responsibility within their first year. You will learn from experienced traditional finance and crypto professionals with combined experience of 50+ years in the industry. We are a uniquely skilled team, covering both sell‐side OTC client flow with high‐frequency market making, with a range of products that keeps expanding.
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage the algorithms that make markets on crypto exchanges and to clients
- Monitor opportunities and dislocations in markets as they present themselves, taking decisive action to capture value
- Manage the overall market risk of the portfolio
- Work closely with Tech and Operations to ensure smooth 24/7 trading
What we’re looking for:
- University degree in a numerical degree
- Ability to work in a fast‐paced fluid environment and handle pressure
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a natural intuition for risk
- Keen interest in financial and crypto markets
- Decent coding skills in Python or Java
Requirements:
- Demonstration of honesty, integrity and good reputation
- Excellent teamwork and relationship management skills
- Ability to develop new skills and understand market developments as required
- Aware of the importance of considering risk management and compliance issues
