About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of premium Beer, Wine, No/Low & Spirits brands across online retail channels — primarily Amazon, with additional presence on platforms such as Ocado, Tesco.com, and Shopify.

You will act as the key point of contact for your portfolio brands, managing all aspects of their digital retail strategy from onboarding through to performance optimisation. You will work closely with our content, advertising, and operations teams to drive visibility, grow sales, and build long-term brand value online. You will be supported by best-in-class systems, tech and processes.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Amazon Vendor Central, who enjoys working closely with ambitious brands in a fast-moving category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for a portfolio of premium drinks brands, ensuring their success across Amazon and other key marketplaces.
  • Create and execute brand-specific strategies across content, media, pricing, and promotions.
  • Develop account growth plans in collaboration with internal teams and brand partners.
  • Track performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities to drive category-leading results.
  • Coordinate the launch of new SKUs and product ranges, ensuring full optimisation from day one.
  • Communicate performance insights clearly to clients through regular reporting and strategic calls.
  • Stay on top of category trends and platform updates to ensure our clients stay ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience managing brand portfolios, ideally within ecommerce, drinks, or FMCG.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in interpreting performance data.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • A genuine interest in the Beer, Wine & Spirits sector.

What We Offer

  • £40,000 base salary + performance-based bonus
