About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Human Resources Specialist to join our growing global team. This role focuses primarily on talent acquisition, while also contributing to talent development, employee engagement, and local HR administrative support. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with international teams and play an active role in building and nurturing B2BE’s people culture across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers across different countries to understand requirements and deliver quality talent solutions.
  • Support employer branding efforts to strengthen B2BE’s presence in the IT and software solutions industry.

Talent Development & Engagement

  • Assist in developing and implementing learning and development initiatives to support employee growth.
  • Coordinate engagement events and internal communications to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously enhance employee experience and retention.

HR Administration & Support

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Support compliance with local labor laws and contribute to the rollout of global HR policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on recruitment or generalist responsibilities.
  • Exposure to international environments or cross-border collaboration, preferably within the IT or software solutions industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
