Salary: £28,000
Location: Croydon
Hours: Mon-Fri – 7:30am-5pm

The Role
You\’ll handle everything from processing orders and payments to managing inventory and keeping operations running smoothly. Day to day, you\’ll support customers with queries, demonstrate products, and identify opportunities to upsell. By building strong local relationships, you\’ll gain customer trust and loyalty while playing an active role in growing the store\’s reputation.
You\’ll also take responsibility for cash handling and register reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. In addition to daily tasks, you\’ll contribute to promotional events and collaborate with the team on fresh, creative marketing ideas that engage the community and drive footfall.
From time to time you may support other local stores too.
