Product Manager
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire (with UK & overseas travel)
Salary: 28 – 32K (Flexible higher on experience)
Your Role
Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you\’ll manage the full product lifecycle—developing, launching, and optimising products in line with strategy, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product launches from concept to completion
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy
- Develop NPD plans with clear brand positioning
- Support with brochures, packaging, and POS material
- Manage post-launch reviews and range improvements
- Provide product briefs, training, and demos
- Monitor margins, pricing, and product performance
- Handle sample coordination, QC issues, and NAV/web updates
- Oversee range rationalisation and bespoke product development
What You\’ll Need
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience in a similar product management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally NAV
